Kick-off

Work commences the moment your $2,500 USD deposit clears. This sets a clean start date for the 12-month engagement and protects both sides.

Payment structure

$5,000 USD total (upfront rate, custom to this engagement), split as $2,500 USD on acceptance and $2,500 USD due 30 days from first payment received. Standard payment plan rate of $6,200 USD does not apply.

Term length

12 months from work commencement. Covers unlimited offer setups and ongoing management for the full period. No auto-renewal.

Validity

This agreement is valid for 14 days from the date issued above. After that, pricing and scope return to standard.

Data and lead ownership

All conversations, leads, and data generated belong to Genius Minds International. Exportable on request to your own GHL account or another CRM. No platform lock-in.

GHL Bonus conditions

The GHL Support Escalation Overlay applies only if the GoHighLevel account is opened via the Apex Intelligence affiliate link shown above. Otherwise, GHL-related assistance is quoted separately.

Direct relationship

Moses leads this engagement end-to-end. Yujin builds and maintains the technical infrastructure. No intermediaries.

Out of scope

Meta advertising campaign build, landing pages, brand and website work, and unrelated marketing services sit outside this agreement and would be scoped separately.
